Reservation Policies
- Heliconias Nature Lodge guarantees written confirmations only.
- It is a legal requirement to present a passport, identity card or residency card of each guest at the check-in time. The check in process cannot be made without these documents (Driver license is not permitted).
- According to Law 9028 Smoke Free Environment of Costa Rica effective March 2012: smoking in all public places, including the restaurant, pool, and inside rooms is strictly prohibited. If you are a smoker, please talk to us and we can make sure you have a comfortable place to smoke
- Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policies
- In case of modifications, please note that the rate will be subject to the published rates for the new traveling dates.
- Any cancellation made at least 15 days prior to arrival will not have penalty.
- Any cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival will have a penalty of 50% of the total reservation.
- Cancellation of reservations for Easter Week, Christmas or New Year’s (from December 18th to January 8th) made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty.
